CEPE is proud to present its guidance for the handling of engineered nano objects in the workplace. It provides guidance on how to organize a safe workplace when manufacturing paints, coatings, artists' colours and printing inks containing nanomaterials. It is not all-inclusive but attempts to advise employers on how to protect their employees who work with nanomaterials.

Industry associations, such as AIM (Brands), FoodDrink Europe, AISE (Detergents), Cosmetics Europe, CEPE are supportive of a common EU product and organization environmental footprinting methodology based on life cycle analysis to preserve the Single Market and drive sustainability progress. The pilot phase should make sure that the objectives can be met through adequate, resource efficient, and consumer relevant tools, securing also its international relevance and not undermining the competitiveness of the EU industry.
